About Stan Martin 🎯
Stan Martin is a dedicated Job Developer & Business Services Representative in the Greater Chicago area. Since April 2025, he has been empowering young adults (ages 16–24) through the TANF, WIOA, and Illinois Youth Investment Program (IYIP) at Metropolitan Family Services.
What I Do
- Connect job seekers to meaningful employment opportunities across industries
- Build and maintain relationships with employers in healthcare, IT, transportation, security, and customer service
- Facilitate hiring events and community job search meetings
Community Engagement
- Host monthly hiring events, including at the South Chicago Community Service Center and South Chicago Library
- Partner with organizations such as Security Logistics Group, BMO Bank, Kindness Home Care, and The Reserves Network to bring live job opportunities to the community
