On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, the South Chicago Public Library Youth Services Department is proud to host the Emerging Adult Job & Resource Fair, an event designed to meet young people where they are and connect them to real opportunities.

This free, community‑centered event brings together employers, workforce organizations, and support services that are committed to helping young adults take their next step forward.

A Call to Community Partners & Supporters

This event is made possible through collaboration. Employers, community‑based organizations, workforce partners, and youth‑serving agencies play a key role in creating inclusive opportunities for young adults.

Vendor participation is free, with space limited to 12 organizations. Priority is given to partners serving or hiring young adults ages 16–24. Each vendor receives space to recruit, share resources, and engage directly with participants in a community‑focused setting.
